1. Nature of the Artwork
All artworks sold on this website are original, hand-painted works of art. Because of their unique and one-of-a-kind nature, we operate under a strict no-return policy once an artwork has been delivered safely.
2. Payment Requirement
Orders are processed and shipped only after full payment has been received. No artwork is reserved, prepared, or dispatched without complete payment.
3. Packaging and Shipping
All artworks are carefully and securely packaged to minimize the risk of damage during transit. Protective materials are used to ensure the artwork reaches you in good condition.
4. Damaged Items During Transit
In the unlikely event that your artwork arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
To allow us to assess the situation, you are required to provide:
- Clear photographs of the external packaging
- Clear photographs of the damaged artwork
- A video showing the unboxing and condition of the artwork
Failure to provide the requested evidence may result in the claim being denied.
5. Assessment and Resolution
Once the required evidence is received, we will review the case to determine the cause and extent of the damage.
If the damage is confirmed to have occurred during transit and is attributable to the courier, we may offer:
- A partial refund, or
- A full refund
The type and amount of refund will be determined on a case-by-case basis, depending on the severity of the damage and the circumstances involved.
6. No Returns or Refunds for Delivered Artwork
If the artwork is delivered safely and in good condition, no returns, exchanges, or refunds will be provided.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Personal preference or taste
- Minor variations in color or texture due to screen display differences
- Incorrect measurements assumed by the buyer
7. Custom and Commissioned Artwork
All commissioned or custom artworks are non-refundable and non-returnable once work has begun, except in cases of damage during transit as outlined above.
